The air conditioning was shut down, making rooms uncomfortably warm!!! The phone in the room didn’t work, and the fridge was inoperable, bolted into the cabinet — very inconvenient!!! Plus, the shuttle service terms were confusing!!!

I stayed here for two nights while exploring the Abbey of Monte Cassino and checking out the local history. Angela at the front desk was an absolute star, helping arrange a taxi tour of the monastery when our plans changed. The renovated Standard Queen Room was very pleasant, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive. Plus, the restaurant staff offered excellent service, making my dining experience quite enjoyable.

The shower was massive—felt like a lekker spa in my room. The staff were so chill and always had time to help. Brekkie had a good mix of stuff, and the evening meals were solid, too!

Had a bit of a wait at check-in, but nothing too serious.

Clean room, friendly staff, the location is excellent for easy access to explore the nearby historical sites, and the 24-hour reception made our late check-in effortless.

It was all fantastic.

Clean and quiet room offered a good power shower. Staff were generally friendly and accommodating. however, the breakfast lacked variety and a few items, like scrambled eggs, were often cold. The nearby bar provided excellent value for refreshments, with much cheaper prices than the hotel. The dining experience was average, with service that could be improved as staff seemed less cheerful, impacting the overall atmosphere.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, restaurant, and 24-hour reception. The staff was very helpful during my first stay, assisting me with exchanging money. I highly recommend it for a relaxing city break.

Best Western Hotel Rocca made our stay memorable! The staff were so attentive and even joined us for our group's special event. The gym was small but just right for us!

The hotel boasts excellent amenities including a well-managed restaurant with daily specials and a comfortable outdoor seating area. The staff, particularly Angela at the front desk, provided exceptional service, offering local knowledge and quick laundry service. The room was clean, well laid out, and the air conditioning functioned well, enhancing the overall comfort of the stay.

The only concern was a brief wait at check-in.
